AADR Neal W. Chilton Fellowship in Clinical Research

The purpose of the AADR Neal W. Chilton Fellowship was to enable dental clinical faculty to obtain training in clinical research. Applicants must have completed a professional degree (preference given for a D.D.S or a D.M.D.) and hold an appointment at an accredited dental school or academic research center. One award in the amount of $5000 was made each year to provide travel and other support related to training during the Fellowship period. An additional stipend of $1500 was awarded to cover travel costs for the awardee.

AADR Sjögren's Syndrome Foundation Student Fellowship

Founded in 1983, the SSF provides patients with practical information and coping strategies that minimize the effects of Sjögren's syndrome. In addition, the Foundation is the clearinghouse for medical information and is the recognized national advocate for Sjögren's syndrome. The Fellowship consisted of a stipend of $4,000. Funds were not to be used to pay indirect, or institutional overhead costs.

AADR NSRG Dentsply Sirona Restorative Competition

This competition is run entirely by the AADR National Student Research Group. First, second, and third place winners are selected in two categories: Basic Science and Clinical Science. Open to undergraduate dental students of good academic standing, without an advanced degree or doctorate in any field.
