As a result of the record number of submissions, additional oral sessions and a poster session have been added to the schedule to accommodate the additional abstracts.
The meeting will now end at 6:15p.m. on Saturday, July 17 (and not 3 p.m.). If you are making travel plans now, please don’t plan to depart anytime earlier than 6:30 p.m. (later if departing on a flight).
The abstracts notification notices are scheduled to be sent on April 16, to include the presentation dates and times.
Please note if you arrange your travel prior to receiving your abstracts notification and you arrive later or depart earlier than your assigned presentation time, we will not be able to move your presentation to accommodate your travel plans.
