Support IADR and Book Your Room at one of the Official  Meeting Hotels
By booking your sleeping room through the official IADR housing agency, Blumar, and staying at an official IADR meting hotel you are supporting IADR and helping your association meet its obligations and control attendee registration costs.

In the event you have any problems with your reservation or accommodations, Blumar can only assist in reconciling those issues if your reservation was booked through the housing agency. If you have questions about an unauthorized solicitation, the online system, or about housing in general, please contact Blumar via email at to iadr2012@blumar.com.br. Reserve your room as soon as possible and secure the hotel room of your choice.

Cancellation Policy:

After final confirmation, Blumar will send you a voucher to be presented at the Hotel.

• Cancellations must be requested in writing: eventos@blumar.com.br.
• For cancellations requested up to 45 days prior to the arrival date there will be no penalty fee.
• Cancellations requested between 45 and 30 days prior to the arrival date: Blumar will charge a fee of 5% of the total amount or US $40 for administrative expenses plus a penalty corresponding to the amount of one room night plus the taxes agreed at the booked hotel.
• Cancellations requested less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, there will be no reimbursement.
