2023 IADR/LAR General Session Meeting Room Request

Requirement: Complimentary meeting space is provided only to IADR Committees, Scientific Groups/Networks and Institutional and Corporate Section Members of the IADR.

Please note that meeting space at the Ágora Convention Center and Hilton Corferias Bogotá Hotel is very limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first serve basis.  

Non-members will be charged a nominal meeting room rental fee.

The following details are required to provide a Zoom meeting room as part of the IADR General Session platform for your virtual meeting. This is based on your selecting dates outside the in-person meeting week.

(Note: You will be required to prepay for all catering in advance. Catering in the Ágora Convention Center  and  Hilton Corferias Bogotá Hotel is exclusive; no outside food and beverages are permitted in the meeting rooms. 

Banquet and bar menus from the hotel/convention center will be provided to you for budgeting purposes).

The meeting request form will close on May 1, 2023. Please note that any request for meeting space submitted after this date is not guaranteed meeting space in the convention center or headquarter hotel.

Also, meetings requested after the May 1, 2023 deadline may not appear in any printed signage.  Please ensure your request is submitted by May 1, 2023 to avoid exclusion from all online materials and the meeting platform.
