  Directly influence the science at the Annual Meeting by hosting an Industry-sponsored Symposium to promote science and innovations at your company.

• Proposal Deadline and Review

  The application submission deadline is October 18, 2021.

  The Annual Session Committee will review each proposal. Industry-sponsored symposium notifications/confirmation letters will be sent in January 2022. AADOCR will work with the organizer to select the date and time of the program as well as the room size based on its evaluation of the symposium content and potential level of interest.

• Conference Bags - $10,000 USD - SOLD

  Get your company name and logo in front of each meeting attendee by sponsoring the meeting conference bag.

  • Company logo featured on exterior of 3,500 conference tote bags, distributed to every attendee at registration.
  • Opportunity to distribute (1) promotional item in conference bags.

• AADOCR Daily Brief Emails - $5,000 USD

  Company name and logo included in a daily email to attendees recapping the day’s top discussions and highlighting the following day’s can’t miss topics and sessions.

• Printed Schedule-at-a-Glance and Online Program - $5,000 USD

  This packaged sponsorship will provide visibility and branding for supporters of the AADOCR/CADR Annual Meeting. A printed Schedule-at-a-Glance will be provided to in-person attendees complete with daily scheduling details on symposia, sessions, exhibits and other events. A mobile optimized online program will also be provided to facilitate searches by date, time, topic and presenter, as well as the ability to schedule attendance on personal electronic devices.

• 30 Minute On-Demand Product Theater - $5,000 USD

  Sponsor provides a discussion on a topic of their choice. The day and time will be determined by IADR and the presentation will take place in the Exhibition Hall.

• Refreshments Gift Card - $5,000 USD

  Coffee all around! Sponsor a set of gift cards to be given out to all in-person attendees during registration that can be used for beverages or snacks throughout the Georgia World Congress Center retail outlets. Gift cards will be pre-loaded and include the sponsor’s logo on each card. This sponsorship is being offered as a safety precaution in lieu of self-service coffee stations.

• Water Stations - $3,000 USD (per floor)

  Sponsor a set of water stations on the 3rd and/or 4th floor with company logo attached to each water jug. There are four water cooler stations on each floor, and sponsor will receive a water cooler wrap with name and logo on each jug. This is a non-exclusive sponsorship.

• Conference Bag Insert - $2,500 USD

  Promote your company’s newest innovation, product or research to maximize traffic to your exhibit booth. Insert (1) promotional/marketing item into the conference bag of every meeting attendee.

• Hand Sanitizer Poster - $250 USD each

  Company logo or advertisement featured on a 12” x 16.5” poster on a hand sanitizer station throughout the duration of the meeting. Each poster is $250 and there are 20 number available in Building A.

2022 Student Research Fellowships

• Fellowship History

  These Fellowships were created to encourage dental students living in the United States to consider careers in oral health research. Proposals are sought in basic and clinical research related to oral health.

  AADOCR is offering an unlimited number of these sponsorships in order to award as many Fellowships as possible.

• Fellowship Details

  Each Fellowship consists of a stipend of $2,100 plus $600 travel costs for a total of $2,700. Upon completion of the research (must be completed within two years), acceptance of an abstract and presentation at the annual meeting, each recipient is awarded the travel funds ($600) for transportation and accommodation expenses. Recipients are required to present their research at the meeting, by submitting abstracts for poster or oral presentations.

• Sponsorship Rate

  The Funding Amount for each Fellowship is $3,250, which consists of $3,000 for Fellowships plus a $250 administrative fee.

  • $2,100 - Stipend funds the Fellowship recipient research materials.
  • $300 - Funds used to supplement remaining pool of Fellowship recipients.
  • $600 - Funds travel for recipient to submit findings of research at a subsequent AADOCR Annual Meeting within two years of receiving the Fellowship.
  • $250 - AADOCR Administrative fee.
