Any IADR member may nominate individuals for IADR Vice President. Nominees must have had prior service to IADR as a Division, Section, or Group Officer, or as a Councilor, or as a Committee Chair or Committee Member. 

Example: “Dr. [Last Name] has served as Chair of the Craniofacial Biology Group, a member of the General Session Program Committee, and an abstract reviewer for over a decade.”

Professional Career

Brief summary of education and training—include DDS, PhD, or equivalent degrees, postdoctoral training, and key appointments. Summarize research focus areas and relevant leadership roles.

For example: “Dr. [Last Name] is a Professor of Oral Biology and Associate Dean for Research at [Institution]. Their research focuses on [topic], with funding from [source]"

List major recognitions or leadership appointments that show readiness for global service. Examples: Section membership, department chair or associate dean, or leadership in other professional organizations.

Candidate Statement

Summarize priorities and aspirations for the role of Vice President. Focus on advancing IADR’s mission of driving dental, oral, and craniofacial research for health and well-being worldwide.
