IADR Webinar Proposal Form

Hosting a webinar with IADR is an impactful way to share your expertise, highlight your research, and engage with a global community of oral health scientists. It not only enhances the visibility of your work, but also helps establish you as a leader in the field while encouraging collaboration and advancing knowledge worldwide. IADR is currently inviting webinar proposals focused on innovative, cutting-edge topics in DOC research.

All IADR Scientific Group/Network webinars must be presented via the webinar services of the IADR Global HQ. Webinars must be approved by the IADR Board of Directors. Individuals or groups wishing to organize a webinar must first get the approval of their SG/N. Webinar content should be organized around a cutting-edge topic and planned to be 60 minutes (including a Q&A and discussion period). 

Webinars should be submitted for review no less than 45 days before the requested date of the webinar. 

Webinar proposal organizers have the option to host a webinar with continuing education opportunities for attendees. If your webinar is scientific and you would like to offer CE, additional items are required and a more rigorous review will take place.

The selected dates are a request and are not garunteed. IADR GHQ will confirm date if approved. Dates must be at minimum 45 days from date of submission. 
Proposed Duration of Webinar:
(Please note that webinars will be supported Monday – Friday from 8 am to 6 pm EASTERN TIME. )

If you request more than 60 minutes or more than one day for the webinar, please list the requirements here. We recommend no more than three presenters per webinar.
