As part of the General Session, IADR Scientific Groups and Networks (SG/Ns) were given the opportunity to participate in a pilot poster competition program. Reviewers from the SG/Ns visited student posters in their block during the presentation time to access and review the presenters and their science based on a number of criteria, including:
- Contribution to dental, oral, and craniofacial research
- Quality of Presentation
- Appropriate methodology
- Results according to methods and methodology
- Conclusion supported by the results
- Clearly explained objective
