Child Access to Sessions
Children 16 years of age or younger are allowed access to the exhibition hall ONLY during poster presentation/exhibition hours and must be always accompanied by an adult. Children 16 years of age or younger are not allowed access to oral session/symposium rooms.
IADR has childcare available onsite at the Convention Center for those families who have taken the required steps to register their child(ren) for the program prior to meeting dates. For more information about registering for childcare, please contact @email. Children older than 16, who are not presenters in the scientific program, must have an appropriate accompanying person’s badge to enter the exhibition hall or an oral session/symposium room.
