IADR Newell W. Johnson Travel Award
Dr. Newell Johnson, a longtime IADR member and 2019 IADR Distinguished Scientist Award recipient donated the majority of funds to create a travel award for new investigators who reside in low and middle income countries to present their research at the IADR General Session & Exhibition. Additional donations were received from IADR members to fully fund this endowment.
The Newell W. Johnson Travel Award will assist new investigators residing in low to upper middle income countries to attend the IADR General Session & Exhibition. IADR uses the annual World Bank classification of countries by income to determine which countries are low and middle income.
