Registration Fees and Member/Non-Member Rates
Early registration:
- IADR members: KRW 80,000 (regular) / KRW 50,000 (student)
- Non-members: KRW 100,000 (regular) / KRW 70,000 (student)
- Undergraduate dental students: KRW 20,000
On-site registration:
- IADR members: KRW 100,000 (regular) / KRW 70,000 (student)
- Non-members: KRW 120,000 (regular) / KRW 90,000 (student)
- Undergraduate dental students: KRW 20,000
For international participants, the registration fee is USD 80 for regular participants and USD 40 for students. International participants may register on-site.
Registration is currently open, and the early registration deadline is August 28, 2026.
Abstract Submission Information and Deadline
- The abstract submission deadline is August 21, 2026.
- The abstract template is available through the KADR website, and completed abstracts should be submitted by email to the Academic Director, Prof. Jae-Kook Cha, at chajaekook@yuhs.ac.
- Abstract presenters are required to complete advance registration to present.

For international participants, the following hotels located near the meeting venue in the Magok area are recommended:
- Courtyard by Marriott Seoul Botanic Park
- Mercure Ambassador Seoul Magok
Both hotels are conveniently located near the meeting venue and provide easy access to Gimpo International Airport.
