SUBMISSION DEADLINE: JANUARY 10, 2024

Please note that the 2024 General Session is a combined meeting of the IADR, AADOCR, and CADR. Meeting space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requirement: Complimentary meeting space is provided to IADR Committees, Scientific Groups/Networks, and Institutional and Corporate Section Members of the IADR.

Non-members will be charged a nominal meeting room rental fee for meeting space.

VIRTUAL MEETINGS (March 4-8)
IADR will provide a Zoom link for meetings requested the week BEFORE the General Session in New Orleans. An IADR staff liaison will be assigned to launch the Zoom meeting.

IN PERSON MEETINGS (March 11-16)
No virtual options will be available the week of the meeting. Meetings will be held in person in New Orleans.

Virtual Meeting Details

The following details are required to provide a Zoom meeting room as part of the IADR General Session platform for your virtual meeting. This is based on your selecting dates outside the in-person meeting week.

(Note: You will be required to prepay for all catering in advance. Catering in the New Orleans Convention Center and Headquarters Hotel is exclusive; no outside food and beverages are permitted in the meeting rooms. 

Banquet and bar menus from the hotel/convention center will be provided to you for budgeting purposes).

The meeting request form will close on January 10, 2024. Please note that any request for meeting space submitted after this date is not guaranteed in the convention center or IADR hotels.

Additionally, meetings requested after the January 10, 2024 deadline may not appear in printed signage.

Ensure your request is submitted by January 10 to avoid exclusion from all attendee materials.
